Flavour Fusion South Indian Restaurant & Take away — Restaurant in Great Britain

We visited Blackpool for a two-day trip and discovered Flavor Fusion Restaurant – what a gem! The food was absolutely delicious, and we ended up having all our main meals there during our stay.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service throughout. The restaurant is conveniently located, not far from the Pleasure Beach and Blackpool Tower, which made it easy to visit in between our activities.

We were a group of eight and were pleasantly surprised by how reasonably priced everything was, especially considering the quality and portion sizes.

Lovely small restaurant and takeaway. There are only 5 tables and we were glad we booked as it was full. Firstly the food was beautiful. We ordered 3 starters, beef dry fry, pakora and chicken 65 and these were enough for the 4 of us. For mains we had, mutton biryiani, mutton stew, chilli chicken , chicken roast, one rice and 3 porota. This again was more than enough for us and is was authentic south Indian flavours. The issue we had was with the service and because the place is small you could easily observe where it was going wrong. The serving staff would break off during one task ie pouring a pint, to see to somebody else/answer the phone. This all resulted in both our drinks and food coming in dribs and drabs and one of our meals being missed completely, until the staff were reminded. Flavours Fusion is an absolute gem that consistently delivers exceptional quality. I've had the pleasure of dining in and ordering from this restaurant on multiple occasions, and it never disappoints.

The biryani is beautifully fragrant and perfectly cooked, the masala dosa is crisp and authentically spiced, and the kothu parotta is an explosion of flavour. Each dish is crafted with care and expertise, capturing the true essence of South Indian cuisine.

I also entrusted them with catering for an outdoor party, and the food was outstanding – fresh, flavourful, and a hit with all our guests. Their attention to detail and impeccable service made the experience seamless and enjoyable.
