Legoland Express — Local services in Great Britain

Over priced accommodation that was just a travelodge on acid. Curtains didn't even cover the window and the lovely view of bins. Park was acceptable ride wise, the food was extortionate! Not to mention like cardboard and the limited range was unbelievable. Beds were from the Flintstones, concrete mattress and no doors, so every sneeze and cough woke up the kids, from sleeping on their primary school gym mat bunk beds. Ps4 didn't work, TV didn't work, staff were 80% 17yo day release kids with absolutely 0 understanding of kids or customers. We paid well over £1100 for 3 days and 2 nights, after the first night we did a few hours in the park and left. It was utterly crap And kids were left, like us, bitterly disappointed. Paid for loads of extras that were not working, half the rides/lego attractions weren't even working. The breakfast was slow, unprofessional, and plastic junk. By far the biggest waste of money, and if you've saved up for ages to go, you're going to be mortified. So glad we booked a few holidays to follow so we can forget about the horrid experience we had at Windsor. I would strongly advise against going here, they're simply milking the name and not delivering anything decent. We explained all this and got a £36 refund! Thirty six of your finest British pounds! i would like to say something so disrespectful i saw at lego land in 2022 i know it was a long time ago but there should be staff members at the lego village because a young boy was climbing over there 2 times not just once 2 times and i think it’s pretty bad how no one told him off because alkion (the boy) convinced my young one ugene to do the same and he ended up hurting himself so we had to leave lego land resort immediately so if you could ban alkion arrzi from levo and it would be good so my child doesn’t do this...

Been there, done that, won't go back. The overall feel and quality of services is way below what they charge. Starting with entering the park when it took them about 5 minutes to scan a barcode ticket. Food quality is very poor for the price. Queues much longer(and no i don't want to have to pay for a priority pass) than presented on the app and various problems like fake fire alarms after you've stood in the queue for half hour, train barier not working.
