Over the past 6 or so years the quality has gone downhill. I keep trying and am repeatedly disappointed. I rarely receive a chip that is longer than 2-3 cm (inch). The oil used for frying has an unpleasant taste and aftertaste, If you order curry sauce and the food is bagged up for you, the servers often place the curry sauce on its side, so by the time you reach home the top has leaked and most of your sauce is in the wrapping. I would recommend Lows, but I'll be checking my orders before I leave if there is...
