Greggs — Restaurant in Scotland

I’m not sure if this is because she had to do something else but I was waiting in line and then a second till opened. Then I went to the first till as someone was also then but then she had gone to stock the doughnuts and came back and stocked them. She visibly saw that I was waiting at her till and decided to disappear I then thought okay maybe she went to do something important so I rejoined the queue. Upon rejoining she came back and didn’t even tell me to come back as she saw me back in the queue as I waited all that time. She just requested the next customer. I was beyond annoyed. I don’t know if this is because I was brown which I highly think it is but then I waited to see what would happen as soon as it came to my turn she disappeared again. Strangely, they seem to be unable to keep their hot food actually hot past around 2:00pm even though they are open until 6:00pm. Their filled baguettes generally run out by about 3:00 - 3:30 pm. The staff seem friendly and polite, but have absolutely no sense of urgency, no matter how long a queue is waiting. Their breakfast wraps used to be excellent, but they stopped selling those several months ago (that appears to be at all Greggs not only this one). This Greggs does not offer any of the wraps shown on the Greggs website as menu items. Cold sausage rolls. Cold cheese and onion pie. Only good thing was the hot teas ! The shelfs were bare hardly any choice of sandwiches. Only 1 person serving on counter. 2 behind the counter doing nothing. 1 on the shop floor filling up the drinks. Tables were filthy as were the floor. Bins were so full nobody could throw their rubbish away had to make do with leaving it on the tables. With so many staff doing nothing you would think at least one of them can clean the shop floor !
