Very bad. This evening I placed an order at just before 17.30pm. Was told the order would be delivered in 40/45 minutes. Waited an hour. Phoned again to check the order would be arriving. Was told in ten minutes. Waited another half an hour. Still no delivery. I tried calling several times and they ignored every call. I couldn't even cancel the order, they wouldn't answer my calls. At 19.20 I received a call from the delivery man from this place. I explained the situation and that I had tried several times to call but nobody would answer. The delivery man then had the audacity to put the blame on me stating that I should allow 45/50 minutes for a delivery. The delivery took nearly two hours. Obviously two hours isn't enough time for their customers to wait and then blame the customer when they fail to do their job 🙄 will not be ordering anything from...

Have been using these for a number of years without complaint, until today. Placed an order for delivery, was told it would be 40mins. Called them after 1 hrs 25 mins to cancel order as was sooooo late to be told I couldn't cancel. I told them unless they was going to give it to me for free, I didn't want it. Bloke on phone then accused me of lying, and just trying to get free food, which was not the case, I wanted to cancel the order cause it was ridiculously late! Terrible customer service. Ordered in advance for a specific time. Happy to allow some leeway as I know places get busy. When 30 minutes late rang in to be told that they were on their way. Rang 30 minutes later to be told the order hadn’t even been started yet. The 1 star is for the second member of staff who actually told me the truth as opposed to the first staff member who just lied!. In the end cancelled and went to Dominos who had order ready in 15 minutes. I don’t really like Dominos so wanted to try somewhere different but won’t be going back here.
