I have been coming to this tea room since it opened several years ago. After my first visit the staff recognised me and it seems like there are many regulars. The scones are some of the best around - there is a changing variety of flavours e.g. fruit, cheese, cherry, chocolate chip, etc. There are cupcakes and big cakes available. All who work there are so friendly. They remember customers likes and preferences often, which I think is a lovely touch.
They provide seasonal/themed window displays, and also within the tea room itself.

Read moreReally quient little afternoon tea house. The massive plus to this place is that it's dementia friendly and it's advertised on the entrant door. They serve afternoon tea as a package with cakes, drink and a sandwich.
The decor is very retro as in furniture and signs/newspapers from the 40's.
On my visit I had a cheese and pickle sandwich and a latte. They even had a radio playing songs from that era.
