I placed an order in your restaurant on friday 28th june, waited around 20 mins which was ok considering it was a friday night, however the young girl with the glasses had absolutely no clue what she was doing, we order 3 curries 3 bread 2 pakoras and a rice, the girl asked the chef what one of the curries was and if was the special bhuna which it turned out it was. when we eventually got our order the gentleman read back the order repeating all 3 curries but when we got home we were short a curry, we phoned to complain and got blamed for your negligence, the curry we recieved was un edible and the bread looked like a dog had got to it before we did, absalute disgrace!!! As a local will have to look for somewhere else to go, completely disappointed and not be recommending...

Can't argue that the food is good and it is a very busy Saturday night however, we waited over an hour for a collection that said on the website 20 minutes. I was told on arrival at the shop it would be another 5 minutes, after 20 minutes our order STILL wasn't ready, the response i got was just "we are busy", then told it was "just getting boxed up" another 10 minutes. Then when I said they need to give customers a realistic time the attitude and tirade of verbal abuse of the male delivery driver was simply disgusting. Verbally abusing a female customer and NOT ONE member of staff stepped in....unacceptable.

If this is what happens at front of shop, wonder what goes on behind...

The worst meal we've ever ordered. The lamb calzone was as flat as a pancake and tiny with about 4 pieces ordinary lamb, no spices, no flavour, no onions, no mushrooms and very little cheese. There was more burnt cheese on top than there was inside! It also didnt even come with salad or sauce! The pepperoni pizza was so bad even my kids couldnt eat it. I actually grudge paying the £20 for this that took over an hour to arrive and was stone cold when it got here. First time we have tried Spice Magic and most definitely the last.
