For me it was difficult to find even with sat - nav in I went on 11/8/25 & the first thing I noticed was that the 3 staff I met were all very pleasant. It reminds me of some posh places when youve to wait to be seated h although that doesn't upset me - I just like tom mentioned that 😂 There's not many cafes that do Smoked bacon đŸ„“đŸ„“ or even some gluten free food, but this place does & my full breakfast was served up on a heated plate - the way it should be. Most items were a wee bit overdone on one side but nothing drastic or burnt black on some tattie scones that I've had in other places & along with a frizled up friedđŸ„š Quality rolls were mentioned on the menu MORTONS & the name of the butchers too & I noticed the quality causes too - 🍅 & hp. 2 satchets of butter 😊 came with my triangle 'kinafa' thick slice of brown bread toast that I opted for & there was NO CHARGE for a wee drop of đŸ”„ water for my lovely mug of Thompson 's coffee & believe it or not - I know of a few cafĂ©s that charge 50p for hot water & only one cafe that charge for even TAP WATER which was told but didn't know how much. So there you have it once again - my truthful review. I will be back for soup sometime & to try some of their lovely looking cakes.

At McCann’s Coffee House a haven for cheer, We savored moments, brewed just right here. An Americano with oat milk, pure delight, In every sip, a morning turned bright. Maple-spiced latte, a sweet autumn dream, A swirl of flavors like a soft sunbeam. The flatbread, Mediterranean might— Sun-dried tomatoes in every bite. Peppers, hummus, halloumi so fair, A feast for the senses, beyond compare. My partners Reuben toasted, rich and divine, Pickles and mustard in perfect design. With Emmental, pastrami, a savory embrace, Every bite took us to a warm, homely place. The staff, like family, welcoming and kind, Creating a space of joy intertwined. Oh, McCann’s Coffee House, we’ll return, without a doubt, For flavors and warmth we can’t live without. In the heart of this house, memories blend— To coffee and food, and the joy they extend!

Nice little cafe / coffee shop - dined at this cafe for a quick bite on my way up to Inverness. The service was good and checked up on how the food was. I had the pancakes with bacon and a fried egg; the portion could be slightly bigger but at least the price is reasonable so that’s why I guess. The meal was good though; the pancakes were nice and soft, the bacon was cooked just right and the egg had a nice burst of yolk. I was a little surprised when the “Wee Breakfast” came; did not expected it to have a small portion. However, the coffee was good and my hot chocolate had a large quantity with a nice taste to it. Overall, nice coffeeshop!

I have been to this cafe for breakfast so many times before but this last experience was so disappointing I will not be back. As I said in my previous review, Condorrat Village is spoilt for choice with a few cafes near to each other, so they really have shot themselves in the foot with their poor customer service. It is not just my custom they have lost - I have been before with my wife, friends and other family members. Why I am so disappointed? I always order the 'wee breakfast' but I don't take eggs as I have an allergy to them. Usually they offer a substitute and previously I have received a bit of extra bacon, (not a full portion). Now that is too expensive a replacement so it wasn't allowed, then the server tried (because I received this in the past), then the kitchen decided I would have to pay for the extra bacon. It is not the money, it is the way they have treated a fairly regular customer. The amount they saved on ingredients is more than offset by the loss of tips and loss of return business. I once looked forward to breakfast here, recommended it to others, now I say go elsewhere if you want to feel like a...
