We have had some great service and food prior to the last 3-4 month's, but today was our last visit. Went in to shop ordered on the disgusting touch screen that was very slow, this was at 1022hrs and at 1047hrs I requested a refund as I had to collect my children from their taekwondo class, was told my order would be a minute, at 1050hrs I yet again said about a refund as I had to leave, they gave me my order right away, I was late to collect my young children from their class. The shop cleanliness was atrocious, yes it was busy but have someone to do the cleaning, the shop had about 6-8 Wasps climbing all over the doughnuts and the dusty yucky ceiling, maybe a net over the doughnut unit would help. The staff have a bad attitude, I understand you are busy but it's not like it's a 1 off for them, it's a busy shop, if order's are going to take over 15mins then there should be a warning that way customer's can decide if they can wait.
My last 2-3 visit I have heard several complaints being made. And I am normally a very chilled person and believe in give people a chance, but the response by the staff to the other customers and the order time is not on.
I have attached a picture of our 2 hash browns put in together, we had to basically peal them off the brown wrapping which caused it to get all mushed up, thankfully it was for myself and husband we don't mind sharing like that but not something I want to do with a friend.
I have also emailed Tim Hortons direct with the...
Read moreA really disappointing in-store visit after an earlier reasonable drive-thru experience. The tables, the counter and the touch screens were filthy with fingerprints and crumbs everywhere. Staff presence was minimal with no managerial figure in sight, and those present did not seem particularly competent or polite.
I ordered one type of donut on the screen to be then told at the Pick Up point that it's sold out and I need to pick another one, which is fair enough. The one I got in the end was 50p cheaper than what I paid on the screen. I raised this hoping for a partial refund, but the person serving me just ignored it. I'd have been OK with "Sorry, I don't know how to do it" - it's only half a quid after all - but not this.
Do yourself a favour and pop into the Greggs across the car park - regardless of the service quality, at least you'll pay a fraction of the Tim Horton's price. Another big name from abroad spoilt by rubbish customer service, so typical of modern Britain (looking at you, Denny's and Taco Bell!!!). Extra star for the drive thru which seems to be the better option if you absolutely must try Tim Horton's in...
Read moreFor a place that's been open for a long time you'd have thought that they would have their service down to a fine art.
This will honestly be the last visit, I have only been going here as it's close to my work and there's the lack of a better option.
The food is so-so however the donuts and coffee is excellent.
On this occasion however, no glazed donuts left (1230 on a Saturday) no Coca-Cola left and once again asked to drive to the front, find a parking space and wait for my food.
For such a small menu the lack of preparation is shocking, now been 15 minutes sat out front, had time to write this revew and still no sign of my food.
On a plus the staff have always been pleasant however lack of coordination and management is killing the service.
As soon as another fast food place is opened nearby this place...
