What a lovely experience I had today at superdrug s Nail bar. Nia was extremely warm and kind, she very quickly put my nerves at ease. She was very professional, took her time and her attention to detail was outstanding. She listened to my worries, and what I wanted and I came away so relaxed and very happy. I'm disabled and being in a wheelchair was not a problem at all. Nia was not only very good at her job, but showed compassion and understanding towards me and my illness. I visited this store yesterday evening. My goodness staff were exemplary. Asked about styling product, girl spent time taking me to the area n making sure I had the correct product. That was brilliant n then I went to the till. Staff was apologetic about not being able to use my blue light card but suggested I photograph my nhs I.D. Fantastic service! Will definitely make more effort to use this store and share my experience. Thank you ladies, hope your boss sees...

Shopping for foundation . Asked an assistant did she know what shade would suit me .. oh I don't know I dont know anything about foundation .. but no other help was offered. Asked someone else was there any samples as gaps where they should have been.. totally no help at all .. no one in store seemed to know anything about makeup ! At least in boots they can help you....
