Really disappointed, just ordered for the first time and called as the ‘Taiwan Special Chow Mein’ is advertised as containing roast pork, chicken and shrimps. Upon dishing up, it was lukewarm at best and we found there to be no shrimps in the dish. My partner called thinking this could be easily rectified, only to be met with an argument from the lady on the phone who stated ‘there’s not as many shrimp as you expect’. My partner continued to explain there were no shrimp at all, only to be argued with. She was incredibly rude and stated we would have to come to the restaurant if we wanted to swap after paying for delivery, asking how much we had eaten and saying it would not have been lukewarm. Eventually she agreed to come and swap the dish for a new one. New dish arrived and first one given back to the restaurant, still no shrimp. All lovely and arrived warm, delivery driver was nice and friendly. The egg fried rice is such a nice texture, satay sauce is beautifully sweet and a tad spicy with the perfect mix of peanut! Our first time ordering tonight. We are only half way through our meal and I had to stop to write this review. What an incredible meal!! I had the pad Thai box and my husband had the beef teriyaki box. So flavoursome. Meat is tender and veggies tasty. We are honestly impressed and will definitely be ordering from here...
