Costa Coffee — Restaurant in England

Went to Costa in Christchurch yesterday around 5pm. I have to say the 2 members of staff who were working in there were absolutely amazing.. I had a fall ( old injury flared up so no fault to costa) ended up on the floor and the 2 members of staff helped me up and got ice for my ankle without even having to be asked... these 2 staff members are in my opinion absolutely brilliant and deserve a huge thankyou from me .. Thankyou so much for your quick acting assistance and care ... words cannot express just how thankful this woman is ... from the bottom of my heart to you words cannot express how amazing you are.. thankyou so much.. I got back to southampton safely, 12 hours in A&E, badly sprained ankle.. home safe and sound...

Been here twice now, all staff are friendly enough but one staff member is really short and unhelpful, I tried to ask if they had soya cream or is it just normal milk cream when she asked if I would like cream on my soya hot chocolate but every time I tried to ask she didn’t listen to me and kept just saying some people like cream even if it’s a soya drink, so then I would say no I mean is the cream soya and she would reply again with the same thing in a rude tone, not to mention she was constantly touching her face mask in the inside and pulling it under her chin then up again then...

The server was sullen and obviously uninterested in the customer. There was no available table space as they were not cleaned and the notices stated unavailable. When it came for us to order i stated we could not order until a table was clean and available. The server went up to our table, a quick inefficient spray and wipe left us with crumbs remaining on said table. I myself had to use the hand gel i keep in my handbag to wipe down the chairs we were to sit on. Absolutely disgusted. No wonder they have track and trace. Will never be returning to this...
