Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in England

I recently had the pleasure of ordering from Papa John’s Christchurch, and I can confidently say it was an excellent experience from start to finish. First, the customer service was top-notch. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure I had everything I needed when I placed my order. It's clear they really care about their customers, which made the experience even better.

The delivery was impressively fast, which I truly appreciated. My pizza arrived well within the expected time frame, and I didn’t have to wait long at all. When the delivery driver arrived, the pizza was still piping hot — just as if it had been freshly made and straight out of the oven.

As for the pizza itself, it was absolutely delicious. The crust was perfectly crispy, the toppings were fresh, and everything was perfectly balanced in terms of flavor. It was clear that great care was taken in preparing my meal, and I couldn’t have asked for a better pizza.

Overall, Papa John’s Christchurch provided an outstanding experience. With excellent customer service, fast delivery, and fresh, hot food, I will certainly be ordering again in the future. Highly recommended for anyone craving a quality pizza! Better than Pizza hut and...

I'm leaving 2 stars this time round for a few issues. First being the delivery. Using Uber has been a pain - the delivery driver shows up, is picking up the order for 5 minutes, then waited outside the franchise for another 5 minutes before heading our way. I ordered with papa johns, not uber.

The driver was struggling getting the pizza box and side boxes out of his bag and unfortunately ended bending the pizza so a few slices were a bit of a mess. The pizza however was good albeit a bit lukewarm.

The sides were a disappointment. The Bacon and cheese potato tots were under topped, there wasn't much bacon and the cheese covered about 5 tots.

The garlic cheese sticks, which were described as having even more cheese was also very under topped cheese wise.

I also want to say that usually this branch is very top notch, their pizzas have been much better over the last few years & the staff are very polite.

Avoid the sides but the pizza is good! And I'd suggest collecting as Uber can be a real...

I am an American living in the UK over 20 years who was also a customer growing up in the US and have never been so disappointed with a Papa Johns order. The actual pizzas from Papa Johns 176-178 Barrack Road in Christchurch both arrived very dry with all the base sauce fully absorbed into the base (not enough sauce) and room temperature at best definitely not hot. Had these pizzas been prepared from scratch and delivered within 20 mins of ordering online? I felt very doubtful. If they were then there is a serious quality control issue at this location and head office should urgently implement monitoring and improvement measures. Even with the deal, two pizzas at £20 felt like a complete rip off as pizzas from my local Co-op are better than what was delivered last night! In the end, I added pasta sauce on top of the remaining slices and heated them up in my oven for 10 mins to help make...
