Plenty of seating inside and outside. Free 20 minute drop off car park otherwise charges payable by machine or online due to ANPR cameras. Toilets on the car park side. Lifts to both platforms via the overpriced bridge they built. Still get rats around, so more traps are needed. I returned late, and had to lift pushchair with a sleeping toddler from platform 2 to the bridge by stairs as some careless teens littered the lift floor and blocked the doors. Unsafe and uncomfortable to the point my arms still hurt after 24h. The station has to have some emergency procedures in place. Overall, limited facilities - coffee kiosk left the station, the waiting area on platform 2 is locked 85% of time.
