Krispy Kreme Telford — Restaurant in England

Came around to grab a quick hot drink to use my “smiles” points. It is usually good here as the doughnuts are nice but today the service was awful, made me walk away… I asked first if I could use my points to get any hot drink just to confirm if I can choose different type, the girl at the till stated straightway she has no coffee beans as closing soon (still got like 10 minutes to serve the people) assuming I would go for coffee which I do not drink) and this is why I asked about other drinks available.. No hello, nothing.. She would not respond so I asked if can have Chai Latte, which she said OK and grabbed a jug but I added I would need an alternative milk option which was in the fridge, she said “oh well I do not know where my other jug is gone…” without apologising or trying to respond in any possible normal manner. She then added they had cleaning done earlier in the day so she does not know where the things are.. Not even “a sorry”, she just turned her back and started to tidy the place around her.. This put me off so much I decided to walk away and it leaves me with an awful experience..and I am a regular customer.. She served me some time ago also, not bothered, no hello, customer service lacking… Please, PLEASE train your staff to be polite and helpful as (the girl closing today 05/06/25) her behaviour and the way of treating the customer is just a bad joke..

I am amending to 3 stars from 1 due to being served by lovely Denisa two days after who is 5 star assistant and her colleague should learn from her ! Krispy Kreme should reward such employees more as they save...

i came today and got served by a lady i haven’t seen before . as i was ordering she was looking me up and down , and asked me if my hair was real, i was wearing hair extensions. i explained to her very kindly and she grabbed my hair and started feeling it very aggressively , saying it feels synthetic and doesn’t match me at all. i politely asked her to stop until she went as far as ripping one of my extensions out of my head and holding it up to her own hair saying it would suit her much better. the woman was disrespectful, aggressive and very rude. ruined my whole day, after that i took it out her beefy hands and left the store and i won’t be returning. i could tell this woman was new and she clearly shouldn’t work in a service industry...

We got the 12 for £12 when it was on offer on a Thursday, I saw it on social media, wasn't advertised at the shop. It was a nice opportunity to try their doughnuts that I always think look so good. Well they look so good but we weren't fighting over them at home. That was my fix for a while on the cheap, I won't be rushing back. But employees were lovely. So if you like their doughnuts it's a nice place you can...
