The Warren — Local services in Great Britain

I am the fussiest person alive when it comes to my piggies. I researched so many other places and have tried them but never ever been satisfied until I found Karen at The Warren. It is over an hour's drive from me and not convenient when you have a long airport drive also but the standard of care provided is an absolute priority. I knew when meeting Karen that I had made the right choice of setting to leave my babies and this turned out to be a decision I will never regret. I have 4 guineas and was going away for almost a month. I was absolutely terrified at leaving them to the point where I was in tears and quite stressed about going. Karen sent me daily photos and videos and it was such a relief to see my piggies settle in, get used to their surroundings and bond with Karen. I wasn't just being told they were ok I could see it and that made the world of difference. After 2 weeks though 1 of my piggies became very ill (with a recurring condition). Karen noticed immediately and she took her to the emergency vets, got her treated and provided intensive care (syringe feeding and meds around the clock). There is no doubt she saved her life. I will never leave my piggies with anyone else. The love, care and attention she showed them was like they get at home. Their luxurious suite was amazing for them and the food and hay top quality. Brought my rabbis: Nick and Charlie here while we went on holiday. We got so many videos throughout the week and with it being my first time leaving my pets it made it much more easier to deal with seeing the videos and photos. We now call her Aunty Karen due to my rabbits and us loving her so much. I was so lucky to see this place appear and are so lucky for my rabbits to go here. The 24 hour interaction aunty's karen gave my rabbits was great and was like no where else. 5 stars! This place was so welcoming and she always made time to speak to us even if we was late or she had another appointment....

What a fantastic place! Our 2 guinea pigs had a lovely stay during our Easter holiday. My daughter was worried about leaving her guinea pigs with someone she didn't know but Karen was very reassuring that she would keep her updated and she did. We even got a video of them sent to us in their holiday hutch before we left the drive. Karen was also able to share information on the best pellets to feed them as well as the best veggies and greens for them too.
