Both Charlie and I love this place and have nothing but praise for the products and staff.

Every time we visit, there are usually new products to try and buy and we usually walk away with a carrier bag of goods and a sample or two (we wouldn't get Charlie out of the shop otherwise ๐).
The staff are very informative about the products they sell and offer, they have doggy weighing scales, and also have a vast knowledge of what dogs want too - more importantly they are super friendly and always have time to chat and offer doggy cuddles.
Since putting our dog on these natural treats he has lost weight, his fur and skin looks and feels healthier, no more stinky poos or upset stomach, his breath seems less smelly too.
The shop has lots to choose from, you could if you wanted to spend a small fortune due to so many choices but to us our dog's health is so important the prices mean nothing.
In the past we have fed our dog similar products from a well known pet store, but once you look and feel the quality of Dragonfly Products to the pet store Dragonfly Products win hands down everytime, the treats are natural, far better quality, no additives added etc and all the ones we have tried so far are non greasy which is a definite winner in our household :-)
We have tried Pizzles, ears, duck neck, fishy sprats, liver bites, fish jerky, lamb meat, beef lung etc.
We can't wait to see what Christmas brings and while ever Dragonfly are around we will have one happy healthy dog and...

We have been going to Dragonfly for two years utilizing several of their services with pretty good success. The treats are great and loved by our dog. The indoor play area is lovely and the staff overall have been fantastic.
The issue we have had is with the rather poor customer service we have encountered in regard to the grooming service. We have been taking our dog there for two years with varied success. Katie is an amazing groomer. Excellent skills. The issue is that she always runs late on her day and is long on the appointments. What is booked in as a 3pm appointment turns into 4pm start with a 6:00-6:30pm finish. We do not live close, so it is inconvenient to have to wait for an hour and then wait an additional 2.5 hours when the appointment is scheduled for 90 minutes. Sometimes this is because Katie is having to teach and/or assist the other groomers during my scheduled service time.
The other issue is that they contacted over 5 times to cancel or reschedule appointments (unfortunately not an exaggeration). Some of the times were an hour before the appointment was to start. When they do reschedule they offer appointments weeks after.
We understand that life happens and have been very accommodating, but this last time was the end of the line. If you cannot offer a consistent service then you shouldn't offer the service or adjust your customers...

While not all staff are an issue, the individuals handling the grooming lack the training and skill level Iโve seen at other local establishments. Yet, only a resolution is reached when the issue is escalated. Additionally, interactions with the owner, Laura, were unpleasant; she comes across as dismissive and unapproachable, very snobby. I could understand if this was Knightsbridge, but itโs a warehouse in Huddersfield. I would strongly recommend doing your research and exercising caution before...
