Lovely cinema. Feels brand new. Always on the quiet side which I like (but is also a bit concerning because I want it to make sure it stays open - hence leaving a review to entice more people to go!).

My husband and I come every week now. The seats are super comfy and recline (we used to go to Showcase or Vue and now much prefer Cineworld) and, like everything else, feel new.

The screens and sound are high quality; I think there’s 10 screens altogether including the IMAX screen.

Cinema toilets are usually a bugbear of mine (Vue, Kirkstall Road I’m talking about you among others!) - they always seem to be internal, dirty and stinking, have broken/dodgy locks and broken bag/coat hooks as well as rubbish hand driers. However, you’ve guessed it, here they are clean and like brand new!

Because it’s always quiet, there’s no queue for tickets or snacks. If you fancy something different to eat/drink there’s an adjoining franchise of Starbucks.

Staff are always friendly and happy to help. There was a mix up with our tickets once and the duty manager couldn’t do enough to help us even though it wasn’t his or his staff’s fault - he couldn’t have handled it better. He even took us in to the IMAX screen to show us The size of it (proudly telling us it’s the 3rd biggest screen in the U.K.).

The Unlimited card is an amazing deal as well. You only need to use it see a film twice a month for it to save you money. £18 a month to see as many films as you like plus money off snacks etc.

I really don’t have a bad word to say about this cinema apart from it would be amazing if it were able to show some limited release films like some of the larger Cineworlds - we’re running out of films to see now we’re...

Me and 3 others attended this screening just now and half way through the movie the woman behind us asked my friend to take her feet off the chair infront of my friend saying “there’s somebody sat there take them down now”, and my friend explained there was no one sat in the seat infront of her. After this, minutes after even, she then proceeded to kick my friends chair infront repeatedly so my friend turned around and asked her to stop. The guy who was with her (who was a bigger guy) then started to stand up and say “what did you just say” and tried to initiate a fight, therefore leaving us no choice but to leave the screening and go report it an employee as we didn’t feel safe. When we spoke to the guy he said if you want to go back in you can because we wanted them kicking out as we found it extremely disrespectful but he said he can’t and he said afterwards come back and find me and i will refund your tickets for the movie. So once the movie finished we went to find him and coincidentally he was on break and we had to speak to someone else about it and he said there’s nothing he can do about it because we decided to go back inside despite him telling us we can go back in and he will still offer us the refund. We asked to speak to a manager and they said there wasn’t one on shift and the guy we spoke to when we left said he couldn’t give out the other guys name. Ultimately, we are absolutely outraged at the service and support we (didn’t) receive, thus being the reason we have had to contact...
