Kids Club House — Local services in Leeds

Kids Club House hosted our daughter's first birthday party today. The staff are super friendly and the children enjoyed the different play areas! The party food was enjoyed by all and the staff even prepared a separate gluten free meal for my daughter's friend which was really attentive.

The reason we haven't given a higher rating are for the following reasons - we were promised super hero party plates, masks and party bags for the 5 boys who attended the party but instead everyone received the same unicorn themed masks, plates & party bags. Even though our party host Emma was really lovely, upon booking we were promised a different host who had experience of working with younger children. We knew that this host had vast experience with children. This was one of the main reasons why we booked with Kids Club House. So we were pretty disappointed to not have the promised host. As mentioned our host Emma was very friendly but there were no party games carried out in the disco room or any balloons out on the floor as I have seen on other photograph reviews. We are not sure if Kids Club House is fully catered for hosting younger children's birthday parties.

Lastly, there wasn't enough plates and cups for the amount of children in the party. There was 14 children in our daughter's party, and only 7 plates and cups were on the table. Emma eventually rectified this after I pointed this out to her. Emma explained to me, that somebody else had set up the table and must have got the amount of plates and cups wrong. But, we believe that this mistake simply isn't good enough as this ate into the 3O minutes food time the children were allocated. There also weren't enough highchairs available when the children were eating. So some children had to sit on their parents knees. We did ask for highchairs but did not receive them.

Overall, this is a lovely place to have a kids party, but maybe not suited for an under 2's...

Had my sons 13th birthday party here today, it was definitely one of the best parties we have had! My son is autistic, non verbal, and has development delay, and chose kids clubhouse for his party. From the moment we arrived, nothing was too much trouble. Our party host , Sophie, was amazing! After running through the basics, she surprised me by asking if we would prefer to swap the disco part of the party to extra soft play (this was great as my son doesn't cope well with loud noise), and also arranged to have the food upstairs so we didnt have to move the kids around. She checked how loud we would like the music, if my son liked having happy birthday sung, if we would like the lights on or off to do his cake. Those details meant the world to us as its so rare to find people so accommodating and understanding of my sons needs. All the staff interacted with my son on his level, nothing was too much trouble for them. We had a few kids who are neurodiverse and the level of understanding and care was superb! It was without a doubt a totally stress free, fun party- all the adults commented on how amazing sophie was! She's an absolute treasure, we cant thank her enough for making our sons party so amazing! What an amazing little gem of a place this is. We came across this place after seeing a ‘Barbie Party’ advertised on Facebook. We thought it would be a standard soft play with a few songs; how wrong were we?! These guys know how to throw a party. We entered the building to be greeted with a balloon arch and Barbie backdrop and a super friendly photographer, who really made my little girl feel like a Princess. We went upstairs and the soft play is great. Not only that, but the whole place was decorated with Barbie balloons and each table had a place names made from miniature Barbie boxes. The party price included food, which was lovely and served on Barbie plates, with special shimmery Barbie juice, Barbie napkins and even a chocolate Barbie egg. The team were amazing, with many of the girls playing with the children throughout their shift. And just when we thought things couldn’t get any better, they did! We were led to a disco room that was filled with a sea of pink balloons and flashing lights. It was high energy as the girls finished with some party dancing and party games - we loved it.
