Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Leeds

I ordered a delivery as a treat for my daughters birthday and when the food came it was undercooked and cold. I called the store to explain and the manager answered the phone with hello domino’s !! Very confusing!! I apologised and put the phone down. After checking the number and realising it was the correct number I called back, it was the same man who answered. I asked why he had just said it was domino’s? He said he didn’t, and what do I want? Ok…. Very confusing but I explained my delivery was undercooked and he said so what!!!! COME TO MY SHOP AND SHOW YOUR FACE!!! What!!! I said you shouldn’t speak to your customers like that because they’re unhappy with your food. I honestly had no words!! I asked if he was threatening me and he said COME TO MY SHOP!! I have never ever spoken to anyone in customer service with his attitude I’m my life. I believe this man is not the right person to be managing such a big franchise. My advice is do not order from here, I left all the food as it wasn’t cooked. I have sent email to the head office and reported to resolver. This man should not be the front man for Pizza Hut. Do not order anything from this guy, especially on- line. Only wish I could give less than one star. Ordered a pizza over 5 weeks ago. Guy called me back immediately after I’d ordered on-line and said he would not be able to deliver my pizza because ovens had broken down and wouldn’t be able to refund me until the following Tuesday. I obviously thought this was really strange. I asked why he couldn’t do it and he said it’s because it’s his first night working there. I asked to speak to someone else and he said he was on his own. Few weeks later I realised I had not had a refund so I called him back. The same guy answered and once again told me the Manager wasn’t in. I told him the phone call was being recorded and he started shouting at me, telling me “there’s no way you are getting a refund”. The guy has serious issues.
