Oriental Star — Local services in Leeds

Ordered via Just Eat last night with an ETA of 40 minutes. After that time passed we called - absolutely no answer with it just ringing out until auto cut off. After trying that a few times, we drove down to the shop and found it closed! No lights on, closed sign in the window - the works! Got home and half hour later someone turned up with the food! 1.5 hours after the original order. No idea where it would have been cooked and, by this time, we had got something else to eat so sent them away, telling them that, not only were they far too late, that we'd called with no response, but also that as we had been down there and it was shut, we had no idea where it had been cooked! We always look at hygiene ratings, etc. but they are no good if they are either sending their orders to another chinese takeaway or cooking them in their homes or something!

So beware - you don't know where your food is going to be cooked if you order from here!

PS. We have ordered from here a few times in the past with no issues, but this was too bad to ever take that...

That was £ 22 worth . 2 hours late cold food in bin . Ordered chicken thing wot had only 2 bits of chicken in rest was over cooked...
