Staff are pleasant enough, found the place kept pretty clean and the food is well, KFC, tastes good enough.
My only issue is the order accuracy which is extremely poor. I tend to pop by once every 3 weeks or so when work allows and place an order of 2/3 meals for my family. Having worked in fast food as a teenager I'm well aware of the process followed to ensure the right orders go in the right bag. Once the receipt is printed, therefore you know you've been charged correctly and that you should receive the right food, then the order should be processed fairly easily.
However this is very often not the case here. I've not received extra food on any visit, however items being missing from my order tends to happen the majority of the time. Usually I get round this by emptying the big bag on the counter, going through the items and telling them what they've missed. I was in a rush today so didn't have time to do this and unfortunately it was at least just the popcorn chicken that was missing this time, not a massive amount, but £4 is still £4.
My point is that due to this happening all the time, either management have hired highly incompetent order packers (and are giving them regular shifts) or order pickers that are unable to read. The only other alternative would be management themselves asking them to skip items from the orders regularly to improve their yields, but I think the former much more likely.
Either way I'd advise any customer visiting and ordering more than one or two things to empty their bags on the counter upon collection and count and check the items out first before you leave so the staff can be corrected more times than not and you receive everything you've...

First of all it looks dated and not very inviting. However we were in a bit of a rush so stopped anyway. Date of visit 29/06/23 17:00
While waiting I noticed a few people returning to the counter as there order was incomplete or incorrect... it didn't really register with me at the time. Anyhow our order was called and I went to sit in the car to eat it. I first noticed a portion of Frys missing so checked receipt and although I'd asked for them they weren't on the receipt so I dashed back in and ordered and paid for some.
Got back to the car and my wife's meal of 4 pieces of chicken only had 3 and when I took a bite of my vegan burger it wasn't even luke warm... so,so disappointing.
Looking at some of the reviews on here there's a lot of people with incomplete orders... so many in fact to be genuine mistakes. I might suggest the staff are doing it on purpose for whatever reasons.
This is probably the worst fast food experience I've ever had. I do hope someone from a management position starts to take notice of the reviews on here and takes some...
Read moreEverything that could be wrong was wrong. two and a half hours to delivery; wrong drinks, wrong (and not enough) food; branch don't answer the phone. vegetarian in the family ended up with a small bag of chips; the rest picked at the random stuff that arrived-- popcorn "chicken" that we didn't order and was fluffy and wet like cotton wool, couldn't tell the batter from the chicken; some kind of spicy burger we didn't order either; two lukewarm brownish things in a bag; basically nothing we ordered turned up, I could have driven to London quicker, and we couldn't speak to the branch because they don't answer the phone.
Don't tell me you'll try to do better in future, we won't ever risk our money or time again.
If the people involved in the actual fulfillment of orders were even a fraction as efficient as the person who is paid to pretend to care and respond to comments there would be fewer cock-ups.
They should rebrand...
