I had an unpleasant experience at the cafeteria on Saturday afternoon. One of the staff members was extremely rude and seemed like they didn't want to be there. When I asked a simple question about the menu, they rolled their eyes and gave me a dismissive answer. They then proceeded to pour both of my drinks all over, without even acknowledging what had happened. I felt like I was bothering them just by being there. It was disappointing to be treated that way, especially since we've had so many visits to the bookstore without any problems previously. This behaviour was shocking, considering that the bookstore was generally a safe place to visit with children and spend quiet time reading books. To make things worse, the same girl then came around our table shortly after and started raising her voice, telling us that we had been there too long and that we had to leave, even though they were not closing for another hour and we haven't been long there. Passing by? I definitely...
