Superdrug — Local services in Lichfield

I picked up a lip stick from the shelve, didn't notice it was the tester, the lady at the counter pointed this out, I asked if she could change it for me, she tutted and said "can't you do it'. Needless to say I did not continue with my purchases, not good customer service, she could do with being a little more pleasant, no smile, no apology and certainly no customer service skills.

Love, love LOVE this branch of Superdrug, they have become a 'large-small' branch and stock LOADS of high end high street stuff, Bondi Sands, Nip + Fab, B Cosmetics, Victoria's Secret to name but a few. I can never leave here without spending at least £45 unfortunately! Staff are super helpful, and store is clean, tidy, well maintained and modern looking. Head and shoulders over Boots Lichfield...
