Our first time visiting here today, not difficult to find the venue, we drove over as it was cold but in future probably would come via tube as it's a short walk from Lime Street so it's an ideal location not too far from the center.

Booked 4 of us to play Squid Game, which was a good number for the game, with 2 people it would be more competitive and very difficult in one of the rooms to complete so it worked well with 4 of us.

Not your average escape room, a good family activity not overly complicated with various different activities, I would say moderately the same level of difficulty throughout doesn't heighten in different rooms. Would recommend as a family choice and as a good birthday present activity or half term idea.

Detailed briefing before the game started which was helpful otherwise it would have been unclear, Helen the game master explained this very well and was friendly.

The challenges lived up to the Netflix show and has all the games you would expect including the Bridge sequence, Red Light /Green Light, the last challenge is as tedious as you would expect but it's all apart of the fun ,we all had a good go with it but only one of us succeeded.

Overall it was good fun and filled with puzzles and very much about sequences and patterns, I would say good for any age so definitely worth trying.

We will definitely be back again, this venue offers slightly different options to standard escape rooms and has the popular shows as themes , with the optional outfits to immerse yourself into the game. Next time I'm keen to try Money Heist and see if we can take on Espionage which is set to be their most difficult room.

My group of friends and I are massive fans of escape rooms and have done loads in Liverpool and some in Chester. We were excited to give this one a go but to be honest all five of us were extremely let down.

To start with we didnt get any kind of introduction to the story or the theme of the room, or even 'you have 60 minutes to escape'. We were just asked if we needed the toilet and were told not to drink any liquids we find...

Then the room itself felt very shoddily thrown together. Some of the clues and puzzles were decent, but towards the end of the game there were a lot of issues e.g. safes having no power, equipment not working, puzzles making no sense. The 'hint system' installed in the room did not work and just repeated the same 2 clues for one of the very first puzzles.

Our game ended by 'accidentally escaping', again because one of the puzzle's equipment just did not work and we were able to just open the box and the final door opened. The staff didnt give any explanation or apology but just walked in the room with us and started solving the final puzzles themselves and then walked off again to talk amongst themselves while we awkwardly looked around before just getting our coats and leaving.

Overall a massive disappointment and I wouldnt even slightly recommend this escape room company when there are so many others with much better quality and commitment in...

I’ve done so many escape rooms that as soon as I seen this ‘squid game’ themed escape room I couldn’t miss the opportunity.

Don’t be mislead, the squid game isn’t really an escape room it’s more like an activity or a replica of the game. If you are looking for a squid game replica then this is 100% for you but if you’re looking for an escape room don’t book it!

Me and my partner booked this and I had seen on the website it said ‘please make sure you are 15 mins early otherwise you will be charged £10’ well we got there on time and still we’re made to wait till after our booking time. It all seemed very unorganised compared to other escape rooms I’ve done

We were looked after by tom and I CANT fault him he was so lovely from the minute we got there till the minute we left and was really helpful with our game and any questions we had.

There was one lady I’m not sure if she was the boss but she was very rude from the offset and unprofessional (smoking in the doorway of the entrance very passive aggressive) and also slagging off another party in earshot of me and my partner, who had been in before us as they had rang up complaining.
