Quirky Burgers — Local services in Liverpool

Ordered my food. It actually did come quicker than expected. So i suppose the 1 star is for that. Im that shocked at the most awful customer service ive ever recieved in my life that its actually put me off my food and im bloomin starving. And the food is now just sat there staring at me. Order missing a few items ( ordered onion rings to go with the burger , burger didnt have onion rings..) Ordered a sesame bunch ( got a brioche bun) Ordered a Vimto..... got a Fanta..

So i rang up to ask about the onion rings ( didnt explain well on the site that they were just add ons for the burger. But they werent even on that either )

Man answered the phone, i politely said a few things were wrong with the order. Expecting them to just say right yeah we will sort that for you. NOPE. Snottiest customer service EVER.. will NOT be ordering from...

only giving one star as it won’t let me put 0, we ordered two meals and a drink and waited over 2 hours (we’re still waiting) considering the shop is in reasonable distance (150 yards but i have disabled kids so have to order) i find it very hard to believe that this is an acceptable amount of time, we have called 4 times to ask and each time they seemed clueless to the previous call and then heard someone in the background say we were “having them on”. i can’t comment on the food quality as i haven’t actually received my £50 food order. if this company offered delivery i think they should definitely have a serious look at their service skills, having worked in a place similar i do understand that what we ordered is pre cooked. while writing this the food still...

food was terrible nothing like I has seen on YouTube food had no sauce on the hotdogs or the burgers paid £65 for the order and it was nothing like it said on the menu loads of ingredients missing won't get for here again terrible hotdogs was out of a jar not what they said it would be shocking a total disgrace! mac and cheese was meant to be bbq pulled pork mac & cheese came plane ended up giving it to the dog!! the order was for Lydia. you could have told us there was stuff missing and gave us discount off but no £65 down the drain. never ever again!! Best part of the meal was the fries and they wasn't even complete. we watched the foodhugers on YouTube from Liverpool and what they got was a million miles away from what we got completely...
