I’m heavily pregnant so thought I’d ring up and have my food delivered. I placed my order at 11:30am this morning an it came 3 hours later , I didn’t think to check the box before I payed as I wasn’t expecting what I expected I was given this box which looked like a load of chewed up burnt mush! seen much better food in hospitals 😂 they had missed a couple of my orders out my cup of tea and a egg on toast they only brought the breakfast which was awful an still charged me £20.50 after me telling them it’s okay I’ll just pay for what I have they told me they was gonna come back to re deliver the rest of what was missing an never turned up! I am shocked how there still going after the amount of bad reviews I have seen today I would never know but wow I am shocked! I’ll be making a compliant about this as I am not happy safe to say I will never be buying from here again...

Don't even bother to order from here. We have waiting three hours for food and when we ring up keep getting told to wait another 20 minutes and that they are busy. If you are THAT busy then turn off delivery.
Even then they are never as busy as they say. Absolute joke, food came cold. Don't bother ordering extras on your breakfast because they don't come so they just rob you of your money.
Also mark it as delivered when it's not so you can't even claim your money back.
Waste of space Cafe Vanilla.

We used to be loyal customers until this experience. Will be telling everyone just how disgusting their attitude is, and from reading their other reviews on social media its not uncommon for this place to speak to their customers like dirt.
