I visited this store today with my sister. Whilst browsing I felt like I was being watched like I was some sort of thief. Out of the three staff members, one kept walking close by me pretending to work. It really made the shopping experience unpleasant. I could feel myself getting annoyed. So, I walked away and went to go ask about some products to the other worker at the pay counter. Fortunately, that staff memeber was super helpful and knowledgeable. After speaking with that good staff member I went to pay for the items I had. Whilst making the payment the staff memeber who had followed me around the store was standing behind me against the wall with a face like she didn't want to be there. The other two behind the counter were incredibly helpful, polite and It felt like they wanted to be there. All in all I honestly walked away not in the best of moods. I really felt like saying to the staff member who followed me around' If you don't like your job, go do something else! She honestly made the shopping experience negative for me. I won't be going back to this cass art store. I'll go to Charing Cross Road store just off Trafalgar Square instead. I could be impolite and say alot more about that staff member, but I won't. My sister recently visited the soho store on the 28th Sept at 1pm-ish. Apon her visit she was followed around as if she was some sort of thief. This is the second time this has happened to my sister. The first time it happened I was also with my sister. It's the same staff memeber who keeps doing this. My sister and I spend a lot of money in cass art store and many others and highly feel this sort of behaviour is getting out of hand. The only way to describe the staff member is by giving a brief description of her. She's slender, Bi-racial and around 5'8 with black hair. Again, the visit to the store was on the 28th September at 1pm-ish. All is not lost though as the other team members who finally served my sister were very polite and helpful. I understand the situation around the world right now and I keep my distance everywhere I go but if there is no sign on the door which is saying we have to que up then how would we know? And if I'm with a friend coming to shop and we are asked to come inside one by one even though we are together then well it is your loss since you are separating us even if the shop has only 3 people inside. And we were not the only ones there who were treated unprofessionally. We came there ready to spend ยฃ1000 for our art class but took our money to somewhere else now.
