Man whom in particular answered my call was rude and unclear with whilst trying to clarify our order.

mistakes with previous orders led to an extended phone call in this instance to which he responded " why are you wasting me time" and hung up on me.

Over 10 visits this month due to the availability of the cuisine and supporting local businesses and treated with no respect each time, this was the last straw.

Just goes to show even in adverse times we are in some do not deserve your time nor your business and CHINA...

First time we ordered was okay, however this time was especially disappointing for myself. Having ordered the beef in black bean sauce with egg fried rice included in the dish (from the ‘Chefs Specials’) I was saddened to realise the rice and sauce with the protein has already been in the same box. It made for a bland experience of shovelling the same bite for the next five minutes as the rice and main weren’t separated. Additionally, the mixed starters platter for two was flavourless too… the satay chicken was disappointing at best and the ribs...

When I arrived, the receptionist said, "Oh, we only take cash," like what? It's 2023, and you're in the heart of a city. Long story short, HMRC tax evaders.....I asked where the nearest cash machine was because who travels around with cash these days...In any case, he said it was in the grocery store. I went to the the grocery store, and it costs £1.99 to withdraw cash to pay for the Chinese. So basically, my dinner cost an extra £2 so that they don't have to pay HMRC anything, and he just laughed at me.

Why isn’t HMRC after all the tax...
