I’ve just been to Dattas for the first time. I’m really impressed! I was greeted as soon as I entered and details taken so I could be issued with my trade card. Then I was given a tour of the unit with everything pointed out and explained (it’s been a good few years since I closed my previous balloon business so the explanation of all the new suppliers, colours and products was extremely helpful). All the shop floor staff welcomed me as I walked around and were on hand to answer any questions or reach products that I couldn't. The place was clean, tidy & well thought out. If they didn’t stock something they would do their best to source it for me. I’m thrilled to have a wholesaler in my local area, in the past my only options were Essex or Maidstone. I wanted to take a moment to share my wonderful experience at the store. I was absolutely satisfied with the customer service provided by Lucy and Sanjay. Both were extremely friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived, even offering me a hot drink at the entrance.

Sanjay went above and beyond to show me the upstairs stock while Lucy took care of my child, ensuring I had a pleasant shopping experience. The prices are great, even better than some wholesalers. I will definitely be back...

So disappointed today, an hour round trip to purchase balloons for a last minute set up, needed to return 3 number balloons as on a previous visit a staff member had accidentally purchased holographic numbers,simply needed a straight swap and owner refused as outside of 14 day exchange window, pretty ridiculous as you are a wholesalers and could easily sell them, safe to say I left not purchasing the £200 of balloons I needed and will stick to Balloon Market and Crosswear...
