I ordered sandwiches using my rewards, but they refused to make my order. They said they had an issue with their till, but were still receiving online orders. So, I ordered again using the app while in the shop, and they received the order in front of me. However, they refused again and said they couldn’t process my order. When I asked for a refund, they refused again and told me it would take 24 hours. Don’t go to this shop—it’s dishonest and has poor management. If I don’t get my refund, they will definitely face action from Subway. Subway, please don’t give franchises to such dishonest and poorly managed stores. If this is how they operate, why offer rewards at all? Stop that frustrating process.
Once again, they’ve shown their poor service. Now they can’t refund my rewards. Yesterday, they said it would be done by today, and when I called this morning, they said it would be processed by the evening. Now, they’re saying they can’t do it again. Can’t you escalate this to Subway? Is it my problem if they don’t want to serve customers properly regarding reward points? If Subway doesn’t take action, I will definitely pursue legal action for my points. I’m not going to let my points go to waste over this...

Once they know that you will use one of the Subway promotions they start treat you like you are nothing and try to push you to buy full price, and make it difficult for you to use the offer. This happened on 2 separate occasions, it's like a resturant policy!
Food is not fresh. They are not very busy so they don't have much stock. And they try to use the stick they have for customers who are not using subway promotions
