We went to view the final match between England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 and Spain 🇪🇸 in the pub. It's a proper English pub and enhanced the feel of " Unity in Diversity ". My table was booked as required and requested. Outstanding management skills by the manager " Kareena". The other staff members, including the security staff were great too. Good customer service, but ambience and food management could have been better. Our happiness could have been multiplied many more times if our country ENGLAND 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 won the match -- however it was good to see everyone irrespective of country, colour, religion or sex were cheering for the victory ✌️ of England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿.. . We all were a bit upset with the results-- however " Paradise Lost "- will be " Paradise Regained "- .. I am hopeful and optimistic about our next Euro Cup Victory.. THANK YOU TO ALL OF YOU. You tackled the crowd very effectively and efficiently. We would surely revisit your pub and recommend it to our friends and family.. 😊

The Crown in Northolt is a warm and welcoming pub that really captures the classic community feel. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere feels relaxed and inviting, with friendly staff who go out of their way to make you feel at home. The selection of beers is impressive, catering to different tastes, and the menu offers proper pub food that’s both hearty and reasonably priced. It’s the kind of place where you can enjoy a casual pint, a good meal, and a genuinely pleasant vibe without any fuss. The outside area is another highlight, offering a comfortable space to sit back and enjoy a drink in the fresh air. It’s well laid out, making it just as enjoyable on a sunny afternoon as it is for an evening catch-up with friends. Combined with the good service and positive atmosphere inside, the outdoor space rounds off what makes The Crown such a solid local spot. It strikes a great balance between being lively and laid-back—a proper local pub that’s easy to return to.

I went there yesterday for the first time, first of all there was only one way in and the same way out. The lady staff had her mask on covering her nose and mouth at all times, but the guy staff only had his mask covering his mouth. Then we ordered the food and drinks via the app, when I got my bottle of wine with a large wine glass it was absolutely disgusting so my partner returned it to the guy and he said he will bring another one. When the second small wine glass came it had lipstick on which yet again had to be returned although the lady staff was apologetic, when she brought the third small wine glass it still was a little dirty but I ended up cleaning it myself, at that point, if I hadn’t ordered my food I would of left. Whilst having my drink and waiting for my food, I noticed that they do not clean down the tables after each use and there was no signs on the floor regarding social distancing just the odd signage on some of the walls. When we got our meal my Gammon was so over cooked that I couldn’t even eat one of them and some of my partners chicken was also over cooked. The toilets was also nasty, this place definitely needs some deep cleaning and clear signage, and a in and out system, considering we are going through this coronavirus pandemic. I will not be returning...

UPDATE: I was invited to meet the duty manager Michelle on 2nd September to discuss a parking fine I had received whilst dining at the pub. However I was totally shocked having initially been invited in by her to sort the situation out. She was very agressive and totally unprofessional. She started shouting at me in front of many witnesses. She accused me of falsely writing reviews . She threatened to report me to the police. I was left physically shaking. Please be aware when writing reviews. This manager will invite you in to challenge you.... ......................

I have been to this pub for meals on a few occasions. However last 2 occasions its been very noisy. Clientelle seem to have changed. Actually went there for family celebratory meal on 14th August and the evening was ruined. Large group of loud mouthed women were told on numerous occasions to keep the noise down. They were accompanied by their husbands who broke out into a fight inside and outside the pub. We had 2 young children with us. Kids were traumatised and we had to be escorted out by staff. Wont be...
