Oriental Chef — Restaurant in London

I picked up a takeaway from here yesterday evening. I called up to place my order and was told an outstanding price for the food so I amended my order and in the end paid £76 pounds for my order. However the food was awful and poor and missing items as when I arrived home to eat the egg friend rice was missing. The food was covered in oil. Salt and chilli chips has no seasoning and just fried chilled and old peppers and grated carrot in it. The chips were frozen basic steak cut chips which were dry and mostly under cooked. The curry sauce had no flavour and tasted like out of a packed as well as the chicken balls being dry and oily. The pork chop suey had hardly any pork and a harsh vinegar taste. This food is not authentic Chinese and could probably get better from microwave sections of Chinese at a super Market. Been here 3 times, all three times I was charged different prices. The second time, they corrected it and the third time, they charged me for chilli oil for 1.25£, which btw is free in all other Chinese takeaway. I’ve had the same order each time with chilli oil and never was once charged for it. They are very inconsistent with pricing so buyers be aware of this. Food is ok, but def better elsewhere where they won’t charge me for chilli oil. I only go here when I can’t be asked to cook but won’t bother anymore. Very...

I have always loved this place and order regularly.

I could cope with their crazy card fee of a £1 when you collect, but tonight apparently they now "don't take card on a Friday or Saturday night."

I'm so glad they are that busy on the third week of January to turn away walk in business - shame it didn't actually look like it :(

The stupid thing is, I could have ordered from Just Eat sitting waiting, and saved them...
