I recently visited Take a Break Cafe in the North Holt area and had a delightful experience that I feel compelled to share. Mr. Mustafa, our waiter, truly went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. Despite ordering a simple dish of egg on toast and beans, I was thoroughly impressed by the quality of the food and the exceptional service provided by Mr. Mustafa. His politeness and courtesy were evident throughout our interaction, making the entire dining experience a pleasant one. I must say that Take a Break Cafe is one of the best cafes I have had the pleasure of visiting, thanks in large part to Mr. Mustafa's exceptional service. His attentiveness and professionalism truly stood out, and I believe he is a valuable asset to the establishment. Been here various times over the last 10 years. Price is slightly above average however i think it's worth it as the portion is fairly large. I've only ever ordered the full english with chips/sliced potatoes so can't comment on other things on the menu. The full english is cooked perfectly & comes with bread and tea/coffee. The staff are well mannered. Lots of simple seating inside, although I must warn you the seating is not massively spacious like a traditional restaurant. Very busy around 12 noon on weekends. Cafe doesn't look outdated or feel cold, generally has a warm ambience with lots of pictures of films on the walls. I would recommend this gem of a cafe. P.s I don't recommend delivery as full english should...
