I started coming to Every as part of the process of recovery from a shoulder op. But quickly realised how incredibly tight I was throughout my body ,( and how much more flexible all the woman were).

As a Tennis player I am prone to lower back and groin issues, all of which can be helped with movement, which is exactly what my regular reformer sessions at Every provide.

I now come twice a week, and although I feel every session ( especially Sculp) , I look forward to the next.

I was completely new to reformer Pilates when I joined Every, and I can honestly say it’s been a total game-changer. From day one, the team made me feel so welcome and supported. The instructors are incredible—knowledgeable, encouraging, fun ! and always ensuring you get the most out of every session.

What started as something new to try has quickly become an essential part of my routine—I’m now going at least four times a week! The workouts are pretty challenging yet accessible, and I’ve noticed such a difference in my strength, and overall fitness.
