How awful the place has become. The three fella in the photos now are brilliant. However when one left, the other started to follow escaping the owner and his cruelty to them, as I understand. What a shame now we ended with novice ones that don’t know what a hair cut is except what they see in photos. Bring the last two fella back and you will stop losing you customers. All the people that used to cut hair from the buildings across are complaining about the hair cuts they are getting and vowed not to return as I have myself. Bring ones that know what they are doing and confident in their ability to cut hair. Ones that are trained not by watching others cut hair. Think this place is not for everyone, I visited this when they opened and again recently and had the same unsatisfactory experience. Too much of a rush - sure this is a barbershop and we don't expect anything fancy but when the haircut is over in less than five minutes it leaves you wondering. When the barber says, "It's your hair, I'll cut it as you want," then you need to be an expert on cutting hair or be very clear on what you want to be a customer.
