Hired the premium package for my daughters 16th birthday. Collected the equipment the day before and put it together ourselves, this could have been made easier if there was some sort of YouTube tutorial to follow for trouble shooting but we got it all working and had fun trying it out. Great choice of songs, very user friendly and super sound. However on the day of the party the system would not work: was a bit of a challenge to get someone on the phone - as there is only 1 contact number - but once we did we got fantastic support from the team to try and sort out the issue and when that didn’t work someone came round and was able to get it all working just in time! Rented the karaoke system for my girlfriend's birthday and it was awesome everyone loved it and was the highlight of the evening. In the run up to me renting the system Samantha and team was very communicative and helpful in deciding what would be great for us to hire. On the day and evening of us using the equipment despite it being out of hours we received prompt phone support for any of the issues we had with setup and running (all self inflicted and nothing to do with the equipment fortunately.
