A Memorable Experience at Loris Perfume â Thanks to Ana! Sometimes you meet wonderful people who remind you what an excellent customer journey truly feels like. Today, I had the pleasure of meeting Ana from Loris Perfume in London, and she was the perfect example of that.
Ana was standing outside the store with a warm, welcoming smile and a lovely charm that was impossible to ignoreâeven though I was rushing to a meeting! She invited me in so kindly that I couldnât say no. She recommended a perfume called âWood Songâ, and it was as if she instinctively knew what scent I would love. I quickly sprayed a puff before dashing off to my appointment, but wowâwhat a fragrance!
The scent stayed with me all evening, and it was so captivating that I decided to go back to purchase it. Sadly, the shop had closed by the time I returned. I even tried to find it online, but âWood Songâ doesnât seem to be available on the website.
One thing is for sure: the next time Iâm in London, Iâll definitely return to Loris Perfumeânot just for the fragrance, but also to see Ana again. People buy from people, and Ana made that experience...
   Read moreThe perfume shop had an excellent range of scents with plenty of choice â I was genuinely impressed by the selection and the quality of the perfumes available. However, my experience was unfortunately let down by the customer service.
The lady who initially served me was overly forceful and lingered far too much, which made me feel a bit uncomfortable. I mentioned Iâd come back later to make a decision, which I did â but when I returned, she was noticeably cold and dismissive, seemingly annoyed that I hadnât chosen the more expensive option she had pushed.
When I politely explained that the more expensive perfume was out of my price range, her only response was a curt âthatâs fineâ before she walked off without offering any alternatives or further help. It was a disappointing end to what could have been a lovely shopping experience.

   Read moreMy partner rushed in on Friday to buy a room spray. He was encouraged by the staff to buy 2 for ÂŁ20. Which he did but unfortunately brought 2 the same. Iâm am not loving the fragrance that he got so today we popped back to change it for another one. He paid by cash and didnât take the receipt from the lady. We werenât allowed to exchange today as they said that was their policy. No receipt no exchange. We were planning to buy more while we were there today but I was so upset with the attitude that I left! I did say to the ladies that they should make it their policy that all receipts are placed in the bag with the goods! Asking a man (well my partner anyway) if he wants a receipt would always decline! There was no good Will whatsoever so I will not be spending my money...
