Monarch House Serviced Apartments — Hotel in London

Monarch House is a gem tucked behind a busy street in Kensington! Great location with easy access to the tube station, grocery store (next door), parks, the Design Museum, and many cute cafes and restaurants. The courtyard is beautifully designed; it is so wonderful to walk through the area when we return from a day of exploring the city. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The reception desk staff were super friendly and helpful. The only complaint we have is the remodeling that was happening to this hallway area that is right next to our room throughout our 7-night stay. The sound of electrical drills in the mornings was not too pleasant, and the sight of construction/half-painted walls was not what we expected...

Our family liked the 2bed+2bath apartments and will definitely return. They were modern, spacious with good housekeeping in a great location. Holland Park was our bonus for switching traffic convenience to Nottinghill area. The service team were mostly friendly and helpful. The elderly has lift access and a walk in shower. However, both showers should be fitted with safety grab rails. We had some reoccuring heating problems that kept the maintenance crew busy but their best efforts were offered. It's a good place but not perfect.....yet. The high street entrance was near a traffic light junction in a non stop zone. Later we found a basement car park area round the side of Earls Court Rd where the lift access served. Good to know for...

We were in apartment number 38, fourth floor, gorgeous, it was like a penthouse, three bedroom with three bathrooms!!!It’s expensive, but totally worth it. In heart of London, and in one of the most expensive neighborhoods. Walking distance to everything. They clean your unit every two days which is great! We came from America and this place met our expectations. It’s in a busy street but it’s a quiet place. I rented this place based on reviews and they were very helpful…. to the staff of Kensington palace, please keep the good work, and put some water and juice in your lobby, it will be welcoming to...
