Hayley is fantastic! I've been seeing her for two months and have noticed big changes in my physical and mental well-being.
I'm in my mid-forties and was finding it difficult to do simple physical movements such as tying my shoe laces, I would cramp up and struggle to complete the movement. On the mental side I was finding that I was getting upset and irritable over lots of things, even things that I would have previously laughed off. I had to do something and someone suggested giving yoga a try. I was intrigued but a little hesitant because I had tried Pilates classes in the past but got a bit dispirited with them as everyone was at different levels and the instructor was trying for a one size fits all approach.
Then my wife found Hayley on-line and we had a chat. I had an introductory session with her and haven't looked back. Her sessions are tailored towards you as an individual and she strikes a really good balance between pushing your body gently to expand your abilities while encouraging you to relax and appreciate the new sensations. She introduces new techniques every week while consolidating what we have previously learned.
So two months later, my range of movement has greatly improved and is getting better on a weekly basis. I'm able to relax in stressful situations that were previously making me lose my temper. But most of all, I'm becoming a happier person again.

You can easily tell they are all trained and qualified professionals and they love what they do. Easy booking system and convenient class packages. The studio is big, has a nice reception with a sofa, water, toilet and has a decent-sized changing room with lockers as well. The only thing that could be improved in my opinion is the temperature. It gets very cold so you always have to bring layers for the beginning of the class and shavasana, and in general, personally I find the temperature to be too low even in the middle of more active classes. All the teachers I met were nice and caring, they also tend to gently correct you, which is great for a newbie. There are classes with different levels, and different options are always available for the most expert ones. After trying the intro offer, I decided to go for the unlimited class package.
