Extreme warning!!!

Do not buy from this company, I ordered food worth up to £100 from I didn’t receive a confirmation yet funds were still taken from my account, I called them and member of staff invited to me to make another order even though funds were taken from my account, yet again no order confirmation was received and yet still the member of staff invited me to pay via text message square link - dodgey and major red flag. Rather than rectifying the issue that about where funds went he wanted me to waste more money to go into Andy’s pockets. Til this very day I am £224 out of pocket. They Claim this is due to an error on the Z list platform that they use called ‘try Otter’.com this company doesn’t Return my calls and continuously state that they are looking into the matter even ten days after. I suggest for direct action please attend the Vauxhall kitchen. They don’t respect their customers, are unable to give proper answers on anything. Such a shame as I followed the page for a long time and really wanted to try the food however everything from the customer service to my whole overall experience with refund has just left a really sour taste in my mouth and honestly the food isn’t even worth it, go to Pelican State or Hot n...

This is the first time i’ve tried seafood boil, i was very exited upon ordering but let me tell you; it is NOT WORTH THE MONEY!! i got the seafood boil with crab and prawns as well as the mac’n’cheese. now i’m surprised as to how anyone can mess up such a simple dish like mac n cheese, it had an unnatural tang that i could only assume the cheese had gone bad. I have ordered from this place a week ago and the food was average in opinion @hotnjuiceshrimp have a better seafood boil with more flavour. The lobster in my meal was over cook and the jellof rice was not fresh at all. One of my friends used to work for this place told me they make all the seafood from the freezer with out thawing it first. The rest in their dishes rices Mac and cheese, suya ect is all frozen and microwaved when a customer orders the only thing actually make fresh is plantain, old bay sauce and potato chips. The owner gets his mum to make it and friend to make the food and freezes it for up to 6 months to sell.
