Queen Elizabeth II Centre — Local services in London

I have not been here for approximately 3 years ( lock down etc) and returned today for a conference . It's a great venue Westminster abbey I think is literally next door Lovely area and if you like history , architecture etc you will love it The QEII centre is very well maintained with beautiful spacious conference rooms . If you're lucky to attend one of those conferences where food is provided - you will not be disappointed at all Restaurant style food and mostly tasty I was not impressed today though with the risotto -: I think it was- as it lacked flavour - but everything else more than made up for it - hence the 5 stars still You are fed and watered throughout the day and I needed a bed when I got home as I was full and so satisfied Lols

The staff are helpful and friendly and mostly young people There was one lady who seemed to be ordering people around - someone should have a word with her as that's not necessary. The service from the staff was good and they are all assets to the team and must be looked after and respected please .

QEII is centrally located with at least a couple of train stations only a few minutes away ( St James Park and Westminster)- and there are several buses outside.

Temperature of the building was ok as air conditioned

Toilets - well maintained and clean ; the hand moisturiser is simply lush
