IVONNE MONDRAGON, who seems to be the department manager at this store was very racist to me today as I am Asian.
I have visited the store today to change my product which I bought recently as it was faulty product.
One of the staff told me to wait for IVONNE MONDRAGON, which I had to wait for so long.
While I was waiting, the group of english looking people came in to the store.
And WOW! IVONNE MONDRAGON skipped me, and served the group of english looking people. I felt the racism!
When IVONNE MONDRAGON finally came to me, she looked very angry. She had no smile at her face.
I had to wait around 50mins to change my product! Which could only took 3mins...
I personally really liked the brand Saint Laurent since Hedi Slimane was the creative director for Saint Laurent. But the department manger IVONNE MONDRAGON made me to re think about the brand.
I had the worst service in my life in the UK! Worse than any UNIQLO store services in...

The security guard was so helpful opening the door and guiding me through. After my purchase he helped me again. Then we got a cab right outside and I fell badly between the step and the cab. As my hip is really bad right now I couldn't work out how to try to get up even with my husband and daughters help. However, the lovely security guard came to my rescue again and literally lifted me up. I was so embarrassed but wanted YSL to know what a great guy he is and didn't hesitate to help me in my hour of need!! If only there were more people like him in the world it would be a much better place....

Upon me entering the store first he smelled of sweat, second point I have been many times in this store and know where to go to see the latest ready to wear collection which is on upstairs floors. When I went in to call the lift he came and aggressively said good afternoon and how I can not go to other floors without a client advisor and that no one is available or on other floors. This is very unusual rule as I just wanted to have a look at the new arrivals (seems something heās come up with clearly on his first day of working in luxury).
