The Best Kebab has long been a favourite place for a quarter pounder meal. Burger is well seasoned, chips are crispy and the portion size has always been right. That being said, the recent price increase from £7 to £9 is not quite so easy to ignore.
Whereas the flavor is still good, value for money is in doubt. At Ā£9, it's drifting into the upper range of fast food costs without anything in the meal alteringāno larger portions, no added expense ingredients, simply a price hike. As other establishments are serving similar meals at around Ā£6 or less, this change feels excessive.
For loyal customers, the quality is still present but whether or not it is worth paying a premium price is debatable. If budget is an issue, then perhaps one should look elsewhere...

Right off the bat i was greated by a box of depressing chips. Chicken tasted dry even though it was covered in sauce and the lamb came super fatty, almost found it like a piece of gum. The food was thrown out the same way I arrived. After trying everything I bought it just wasn't to standard and not enjoyable. Safe to say, it'll be my first and last time...
