I rented the Westbourne Park Collection (5C Hormead Road) for 4 months because I took a short course in London.
The location of the flat was great for me and I was initially quite satisfied with things.
But on the end of the second month, as problems start appearing, I reached out to get solutions from a customer service that gaslights me. I will detail every unappetising complaints.
A friend of mine was coming over to stay with me and I asked them for the spare keys. It took them 2 days to reply and then the keys did not work and it took them 4 days to issue another key. My friend was only here for a week so most of the time she had to wait for me to go home to enter our flat. Another friend came from abroad and couldnât get her keys and I asked FlexLiving, they said they would get back but then they never got back. My friend, ill, had to wait in the cold for two hours to wait for me to go back to open the door for her while FlexLiving was radio silent. The flat ran out of washing up liquids and kitchen towel. I asked them if they can refill it. They say it is currently being ordered and will arrive the next day, but the next week when I ask again, they say itâs not their burden to get these items and tenants have to buy on their own. That means they lied when they say itâs ordered and in process for delivery. Some lights were not working and I asked if they can change it. They said âwe schedule it for tomorrowâ and then ghosted me for a few weeks. Iâve moved out and itâs still broken, which really made it hard for me to read around the dining table at night. The building was dirty, the hallways going to my flat was always filled with boxes and junk. The fallen leaves from autumn stayed all the way to spring. And guess what they replied when I asked it to be tidied? âItâs not our job but we will contact building managementâ. And of course they told nobody. They lie all the time and have no shame to tell you that âwe are understaffedâ while being so nagging when it comes to payments. A suggestion perhaps to allocate some people from finance to operations? When I told them that they had things to do, they copy my message and send it back to me. I do not understand the motivation to do it.
Unresponsive, irresponsible, and unprofessional all the way.
Renters, avoid them unless you are alright with not getting any service when you need it.
