To say it’s a toss up when you visit the pub post football with a new squad would be a fair description imo. New people, new setting, & new off-the-pitch personalities to navigate. And as expected the banter amongst the six regulars ebbed and flowed as naturally as running water. Followed by the occasional interjection on my behalf, polite laughs at the right time, pauses to translate colloquialisms, and the occasional genuine contribution to the conversation as a whole.

The Guinness was one of the best pints I have had in a very long time and the home made pizza is amazing but mind your mouth if you get a side of wedges as they are straight from the oven. The Staff are lovely I think it was a French or Belgium gent who served me and couldn't be more welcoming. Would wholeheartedly recommend this pub and am surprised it...
