Lockmeadow Entertainment Centre — Local services in Maidstone

We booked this place for 16 people for my mum's 79 birthday this year, we placed orderes ahead of the day, because there was so meny of us, those of us that got there frist had got drinks from the bar while we waited for people who didn't live in the Maidstone area to arrive, so we were there for well over 30 minutes, it was only after the other people arrived, and we were ready to be seated with the party decorations on the tables, we were finally told they did not have half the food we had ordered from the menu, the manager wasn't even very sorry about it, grated it was for the 5th January, so close to Christmas, I do take into account Christmas deliveries, but we had booked our tables 2 weeks in advance, and I was in contact with the staff in the week coming up to our booking, I had also spoken to a member of staff on the day, yet nothing was mentioned, to add insult to injury the manger offered to 2 free drinks for 2 people out of the 16 people in our party, what a joke, we collected our table decorations and left to find somewhere to have my mum's...

New refurbished cinema. Very nice. After 2 years covid break Our 1st time back and A Lot has changed... Keep in mind ticket purchase card only (no cash accepted) I didn't know that,wish someone warned me. Very clean. Lots of staff but nobody asked us if we needed help so I had to keep pestering this young lad to help me with ticket purchase. Also Odeon loyalty card No longer Valid! That's annoying to say at least had a lot of points there. Toilets updated!!! (hallelujah 🙌) toilet god heard the prayers obvs. So that's nice. And Finaly actual screens, Amazing!! Very spacious, seats amazing, easy to find, however could somebody tell ppl how to bloody recline those chairs?! Either ours were faulty or do you need to pay extra extra for it? Cause tickets said recliner seats, and well, press side buttons all you want nothing reclined.. Apart from that.. Fabulous.. I missed big screan so much I don't event care about the seats I just wished staff (and there were plenty of them) gave me heads up on things. BTW Suicide Squad DID NOT...

If you want to experience the worst cinema on Kent visit this one, I normally avoid it and go to Chatham but my wife booked tickets to go see Openheimer, 1540 showing, 02/09/23 in screen 4. The aircon wasn't on so it was hot and sticky I side so not very comfortable, I would have complained to management but last time I did I came off looking like the bad guy, so I sat it out for 3 hours. Today was cheap ticket National Cinema Day so I cannot figure out if the aircon was broken or the reason it wasn't on was to save money during a low revenue special offer, if the latter then it's an opportunity wasted because a lot of people would have gone to the cinema today on a one off and the management have missed the chance to retain some return customers... Worst...
