Flour Power Cafe — Restaurant in Maidstone

okay hear me out, i love flour power so much and the taste is good but the one in maidstone odeon my gosh! the lady that works there has a real attitude. My friend kindly asked if the crumble was vegan to another server, he looked at the lady while pointing to flapjack as if to say shall i just give her this. I watched the all this happen. My friend and I are sitting and she opens her tub and there it is, a flapjack no one asked for. Now idk why they did this but if it wasn't vegan they shouldve just told us so she can choose something else, not provide something we didnt ask for. smh so disappointed.

contrary to this, I would like to say there are two women who work here who are the loveliest people I've met! they definitely deserve 5 stars and the food is 5 stars too! It's just that lady and man who served me before are both slacking. Especially the lady, her customer service...

I was really looking forward to visiting this place after my daughter went there earlier in a week and showed me the picture of the acai bowl she got there (first picture). So I made a special trip to try one as well. I was so disappointed when I got mine - it looked nothing like the one my daughter had, even though I saw all the other ingredients (fresh fruit) on the shelf. Visited cafe in fitness centre Watman Park two months ago. Unlike the previous franchisee no alcohol was on offer. Enquired as to why? and was told alcohol would be provided in the near future. Attended the cafe today, and Hooray! a cold cabinet with beer and soft drinks. Ordered a Latte for my wife and a Peroni from the cabinet for me. Guess what? The girl behind the counter was not allowed to serve beer because she is under the age of eighteen....
