I think Malvern hills council are trying to update their telephone email system,bring it up to date,, perhaps a notification for customer services would be beneficial for all.with( AI)I think they will have this incorporated into the system as this invites newcomers,old comers,and helps us to engage with our council services alot better.AI? Is needed in this case.something positive to focus on,they are a very independent council.if I do say so myself i think they expect this of their constituents also.one thing I've learnt about them is that they do try, it's a haven MHDC council.most affluent councils in England like to be independently approached liaising is key., perhaps to be able in future to deal with queries, and will in due course,in their theory,it's having patience.a method to the madness going on !! in betterment to equip their phone system with AI I'm sure they will notify their customers young and old,.im very vulnerable and the council has actually helped this being the second attempt. Read moreWhat a poor show this lot are. Contacted them to say when we had moved into our new home. The council tax bill was dated the month before. Contacted them again and heard nothing. No one answers the phone. Fobbed off to do there work for them on line. I was told it can take up to 6 weeks to answer an enquiry, and people shouldn't keep contacting them once their enquiry has been submitted. I ve got an idea. Why doesn't a human being, an employee of the council, email or call the enquiring person up and sort out their enquiry. Instead of leaving people in limbo. If I gave this service in my own job, I would be fired for not promptly serving a customer, and I deal with aerospace and top car manufacturers. I don't tell them they have to wait six weeks,and they don't need to contact me again because it's dealt with. It's cheesed me off to leave a detached property with a value of twice the one we've moved into, and pay council tax at band C when the old property was band A. Utterly ludicrous, and were paying that for a totally inept service. Good money...
