I had an amazing experience at Nomads Fision in Manchester! The food was absolutely perfect from start to finish.

The Tom Yum Soup was bursting with flavor – rich, aromatic, and perfectly balanced between spicy, sour, and savory. Every spoonful felt authentic and comforting, with fresh herbs, tender chicken, and just the right kick of chili. Easily one of the best Tom Yum soups I’ve ever had!

The wings were just as impressive – crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside, coated in a delicious sauce that was full of flavor without being overpowering. They paired so well with the soup, making it a perfect combination.

On top of the incredible food, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the service was friendly and attentive. You can tell a lot of care and passion goes into every dish.

Placed an order and requested no gluten for the sushi dish. This isn't typically a problem, but if any amendments are needed then the restaurant will call and we'll happily accommodate.

The order had been placed half an hour before they cancelled. Without any word from them as to why, just a notification through uber eats.

The restaurant is supposedly allergy friendly, so we expected no issues. I decided to call up but the guy on the phone said they don't have anything gluten free and that they were now really busy.

I appreciate the saturday night takeaway rush, but to just cancel an order that could quite easily have been amended without a word before then being dismissive about it on the phone - all of which was 30 minutes after we'd placed the order! Can't comment on the food, won't be trying it...

The Nasi Goreng, if spicy, is great here. The major let down to this place is the woman working here. Her telephone mannerisms are appalling. Face to face slightly better, I mean she can’t hang up face to face I suppose. I don’t mind you not speaking English as a first language, but at least try to be polite and learn some manners, have patience on the phone - because we have patience for you and we are the customer. She’ll often take my order too and not make it till I arrive, what’s the point in phoning? I’d use Uber eats if it wasn’t twice the price.
